About Trish, founder of Anti-Mindfulness Mindfulness Club

I'm Trish and I’m on a mission to make mindfulness equitable and accessible to everyone.

In my day job as a strategic designer, I help purpose-led organisations fulfil their mission by designing impactful services and programs.

Outside of my day job, I advocate "equitable mindfulness" by developing ways to make it possible for everyone to practice mindfulness regardless of factors like age, gender, ethnic origin, income level, location, ability.

I'm committed to creating ways for people to learn about mindfulness and starting mindful habits that go beyond conventional classes/workshops and apps.
